To make a booking either call, text or whatsapp us on 07553 202065 or 07349 324117 alternatively fill in the booking form and we will get back to you.
As a private hire company, all of our bookings are made in advance and paid for in full prior to the journey commencement. A payment link will be included in the email confirmation of your booking, please use this to make payment with a debit or credit card through the secure payment gateway. ALL journeys MUST be paid for in full prior to commencing, if the booking is within the next month full payment is required at time of booking otherwise we take a 25% Booking fee and the remainder to be settled 1 week before the booking.
We will monitor and track your flight in real time using the information you have provided us with, and this way we can make an informed decision as to how and when we pick you up. When you book an airport pick up, we always build in a contingency of up to an additional 30 minutes to allow for unforeseen delays. However, whilst delays are out of your control, if they do exceed the additional 30 minute window, we may have to fulfil other customer bookings. In this instance we will do our best to get back to you as soon as is possible. We will liaise with you on what we can offer and if you are in agreement. However should our alternative time not be possible or acceptable, you may decline the revised offer given, then we will immediately refund your booking fee in full to allow you to seek alternative transport
As we are a small, local & independent company we unfortunately just don’t always have the capacity or flexibility due to other bookings to be able to automatically accommodate delays on incoming flights over and above 30 minutes, and thank you in advance for your understanding on this.
